    Affinity's clients needed senior developers who could join real product teams, improve durable software, and stay accountable beyond a short assignment, not rotation for its own sake.

    We integrate as a nearshore partner on one project at a time: web and mobile with React, React Native, Next.js, and Vite; APIs with NestJS, Express, GraphQL, and REST; and Claude Code day to day.

    Over more than four years we have worked across three projects, one at a time, with senior nearshore depth Affinity can count on as each product evolves.

How we work together

Affinity is a Portugal-based nearshore and IT consulting company that connects international clients with dedicated tech talent. Our collaboration fits that model: senior full-stack contribution on real client products, not a list of skills on paper.

Across those three projects we stayed close to what matters: interfaces, APIs, and day-to-day decisions that drive quality. The stack spans React and React Native, Next.js and Vite, Redux, Tailwind and Material UI on the front; NestJS, Express, GraphQL and REST on the back; PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma and Strapi for data; AWS with CI on GitHub Actions, GitLab pipelines and Jenkins.

Artificial intelligence became part of how we worked. We use Claude Code day to day to speed up coding routines, explore existing code more quickly, and keep pace without lowering the bar on quality.

Nearshore only works when the people on the ground act like partners. We match Affinity's tempo, join the client's working rhythm, and treat each project as if reputation were ours as much as theirs.

What remains is a solid relationship measured in years of focused project work, proof that nearshore from Portugal can mean depth and craft, not just extra hands.
